It's been a long time since I've blogged so here goes....
The pregnancy is going good and we're looking forward to meeting our little one May 26th. I'm just about finished with this semester and finals are this Friday! Ah! Colt and I have been trying very hard to get approved for a construction loan and thanks to a wonderful person in our life, have just gotten word that we are scheduled to close this Thursday. We are super excited. We have so many people in our lives to be thankful for and even more blessings from God to be in awe about. This Christmas I will be teaching my son all about the true meaning of Christmas and of course St. Nick. It truly feels odd to have a little one old enough to be teaching these things to. Keaton will be 2 in January and I can hardly grasp the idea of it. Time flies when you are having fun, huh?!? Just tonight Keaton decided to run around the house naked after his bath wearing nothing but his rain boots! On the wrong feet of course!

Well, I'm starting some fall classes tomorrow. Just taking two this semester to sort of get my feet wet. I'm not sure how much time I will have to dedicate to school between my part-time job and my full+ time job running behind a toddler but I will do my best. I'm really excited! I'm hoping that while I'm hacking away at my generals that I'll figure out what I want to be when I grow up. ;) Wish me luck!

Summer 2010
So far, our summer has been so much fun! We finally bought a camp trailer and have been camping non-stop! We went camping 3 weekends in a row, 2 La Sal trips and 1 Miller family reunion in Colorado. The 24th we celebrated in our old town of Monticello and actually stayed the night just across the street from our old house. It was strange and kind of sad. Keaton loved the fireworks. He oohed and aawed the whole time.
Here are some photos of our summer so far. We have another family reunion in Colorado starting tomorrow so we will have more camping photos to share soon!

Well, it's May 7th and we're supposed to close prior to the end of this month. That means we're out of here in 3 weeks! Ah! We need to start packing! We had another walk-thru with the buyers yesterday and it went really well. We're going to plan for a moving sale on the 22nd so if any of you folks want to bring some of your stuff -- please do!
The slide show pictures are from car show weekend. We spent two evenings down on main street and I was initially worried Keaton would be scared because he is sort of a spook but he did great. At one point, he went right up to Grandma June and gave her a kiss without her even asking for one. So cute! I guess you could say he's quite a little flirt because as a family was walking past us, he grabbed on to the hand of one of the little girls (she was still a cougar for him though)and was perfectly ready to keeping walking with them down main. When we called his name he decided he better stay with us so he waved and said, bye-bye! His Aunt Torrie said he was acting just like his father. =)

As I type, my boys are sleeping. Yes it is too late for a nap but hey--- it's Sunday right? Colt and I spent the whole weekend at home! I know, it is a first for us in a long time. I guess we're both trying to soak up the memories we have made in this house and sort of prepare to say good bye. We found out this week that another contingency of our purchase contract has come to fruition so we are one step closer to selling. Our lives have sort of been in limbo since February so in many ways, we are ready to move. Yet- we are sad to be leaving the home that we made out of these walls and floors. BUT just like we all know, life is ever changing and we are looking forward to what plans God has for our family.

So here's our first attempt to blog. I say our but I'm sure all of you know it is me, Loni. I really created this blog to display snap shots of Keaton and his moments for those of you, especially family, that don't get to enjoy him as often as Colt and me. He is so very much fun and is quite a character. He has recently become a little chatter box with mostly gibberish but here and there you'll catch an uh-oh, dadda or papa. He loves to say bye-bye and thinks every time he gets a kiss that it is his cue. Occasionally he will say mama but not very often. =(
Well... pretty boring so far but stayed tuned!
